Do you come to my home?+
Yes. We're a mobile service, so the detail is performed at your home, workplace, or another suitable location in San Francisco. You don't drop the car off or wait anywhere.
Do you detail cars parked on the street?+
Often, yes. We need a legal, reasonably level parking spot with enough room to work around the vehicle safely. If street parking in your block is tight, let us know when you book and we'll talk through the options — a driveway, garage space, or a nearby spot usually works.
How long does a car detail take?+
It varies by package, vehicle size, and condition. An Essential Detail takes noticeably less time than a Signature, and a Premium Detail is the longest because of the extra interior and paint work. We'll give you a realistic time estimate for your specific vehicle before we start.
Do you detail SUVs and trucks?+
Yes. Larger vehicles have more surface area inside and out, so pricing may vary based on vehicle size. If your vehicle needs more time than the standard package allows, we'll tell you before we begin.
Can you remove pet hair?+
Pet hair removal is something we handle regularly, but it can take significant extra time depending on how much there is and where it's embedded. Heavy pet hair may affect the final price, and we'll confirm that with you first.
Can you remove stains?+
We treat stains with appropriate cleaning methods and can improve most of them significantly. We don't guarantee complete removal — older stains, dye transfer, and some spills can be permanent. We'll tell you honestly what we think is realistic for your vehicle.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?+
Let us know your setup when you book and we'll confirm what's needed for your location before the appointment, so there are no surprises on the day.
What is the difference between Essential and Signature?+
Essential is a thorough clean of the surfaces you touch and see: exterior hand wash, wheels and tires, vacuum, glass, dash, console, and door panels. Signature includes all of that plus deeper interior work — carpets, seats and upholstery, vents and crevices, leather conditioning where applicable, stain treatment — as well as paint decontamination and a spray sealant for protection.
What does the Premium Detail include?+
Premium builds on Signature with restoration-level work: deep carpet and upholstery extraction, steam cleaning and intensive stain treatment where appropriate, paint decontamination and clay treatment, paint enhancement or polishing where appropriate, premium paint protection, and detailed trim treatment. Because the scope depends on the vehicle, Premium is quoted individually.
